Gjafalisti is operated by DEC ehf., kt. 471119-1720, Iceland.

The service

Gjafalisti sells nothing, takes no payments, and is not responsible for shops' products, prices, stock or delivery. Prices on a list are a guide; the shop always has the correct price.

A reservation is a promise between guests and list owners, not an order. Cash gifts go directly between guests and owners; Gjafalisti is not involved.

What you are responsible for

That what you put on a list is lawful and yours to share, that you only share the bank details you want everyone with the link to see, and that you do not abuse the service, for example with automated requests or by reserving gifts dishonestly.

What we promise

To do our best to keep the service running and your data safe. The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will announce significant changes on the website. Icelandic law applies.
